John Greenwald
President

Mr. Greenwald serves as President and Owner of MOC Inc. He is responsible for establishing company wide policies, implementing quality assurance, and allocating company resources among the nine million square feet of properties currently under contract. He is also the contract administrator for all clients and labor organizations.

Mr. Greenwald has been responsible for the construction and/or operation of data operation centers, commercial office buildings, college and university facilities, hospitals and industrial facilities, satellite tracking stations, communication centers, and transportation facilities. He has extensive experience in critical operations, building maintenance, and energy management projects. His projects include:

Mark Brenenborg
Operations Manager

Mr. Brenenborg is responsible for operations and maintenance of the HVAC and electrical systems at the George Westinghouse Research and Technology Park in Churchill, PA. He manages a team of twenty-two (22) personnel at the facility, overseeing all facets of building maintenance, including energy management, life safety, and large commercial/industrial HVAC systems.

Mr. Brenenborg has 24 years experience in all aspects of energy management systems, including surveying, designing, installation, and programming. Mark performs extensive energy audits of buildings leading to expense saving opportunities at sites. His projects include:

Richard Watenpool
Assistant Operations Manager


Mr. Watenpool is responsible for the operations and maintenance of all the Pittsburgh BNY Mellon Data Centers HVAC and critical mechanical systems associated with the operations and maintenance of those buildings. He has extensive experience in a variety of mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. He was responsible for the start up and commissioning of the mechanical equipment in the new Mellon Client Service Center including the building automation system as Lead Engineer. He is also responsible for the implementation of company policies and procedures. He manages and oversees a team of 37 operating engineers and control technicians.

Mr. Watenpool has 32 years experience in RHVAC and technical support, problem identification and troubleshooting, assessments of building conditions and operations, project management and planning, maintenance and repair, supervision of chilled water and boiler plants, heating and cooling water systems, analysis and implementation of preventive maintenance programs, electrical, building automation, fire life safety, and air distribution systems. Mr. Watenpool was also instrumental in the development of the Homeland Security course for the International Union of Operating Engineers, and is currently an instructor for the Pittsburgh Operating Engineers Training Trust Fund. He has also provided management and/or backup support to the following projects:

Justin Greenwald
Systems Administrator


Justin Greenwald serves as the Information Systems Administrator for MOC, Inc. He is responsible for procuring/maintaining/upgrading MOC’s PCs, administrating and hosting corporate email accounts, deploying and integrating smart phones, managing wireless voice and data service plans, managing internet communications service contracts, and providing day to day support to the users of these systems. Mr. Greenwald has experience in the deployment of CMMS & facilities management software. His projects include:

LAN that spans 3 building complex, connecting PCs, servers, and other IP devices. Various Internet & Intranet applications are deployed.

Currently implementing a new help desk/CMMS solution.
